Fruit Kabobs for After the Match

It is January and everyone is watching their calorie intake. So I made some healthy fruit kabobs for after the match. Everyone loves fresh fruit.




Blueberries are on sale this week everywhere! So of course I had to use blueberries. I choose the biggest blueberries and bought the precut fruit spears at Trader Joe's. The fruit spears are super easy to cut into square cubes. I was bummed that I didn't have any green grapes - they would have added another pop of color.

Fruit kabobs will be a big hit after your next tennis match! Use whatever fruit is in season. In the summer I always use strawberries in my fruit kabobs.

Chicken Salad Sandwiches

I made chicken salad sandwiches for after the match.


Tennis anyone?


I used white bread and wheat bread - and a big cheat with the chicken salad (I used the Trader Joe's).
